We respect your privacy and provide you with the ability to permanently delete your account at any time.

Delete Your Account Using Wenotix Safe App

Steps to Delete Account Using Wenotix Safe Android or iOS App

  1. Open the Wenotix Safe app.

  2. On the Home screen, tap the Account icon in the top-left corner.

  3. Open the navigation drawer.

  4. Tap Settings.

  5. In the Settings dialog, select Delete Account.

  6. A confirmation dialog will appear. Tap Delete My Account to permanently delete your account.

Request Account Deletion by Email

If You are Unable to Access the App

You may request account deletion by emailing us at:

Please include the following information for verification:

  1. Full Name
  2. Registered Email Address
  3. Registered Mobile Number (if applicable)
  4. Account ID or Device ID (if available)
  5. Reason for deletion (optional)

For your security, we may request additional information to verify account ownership before processing your request.

Once your identity has been verified, your account will be permanently deleted from our systems.

We typically respond to account deletion requests within 12 hours.

What Happens When You Delete Your Account?

When you Confirm Account Deletion

  1. Your Wenotix Safe account is permanently deleted.
  2. All associated products, devices, subscriptions, and account data are permanently removed from our systems.
  3. This action cannot be undone.
  4. Deleted accounts cannot be recovered.
  5. After deletion, Spatioworld Technologies Pvt. Ltd. will no longer have access to your account or its data because it is permanently erased from our systems.

Important Notice

Account Deletion is Permanent and Irreversible

Once your account has been deleted:

  1. You will lose access to all Wenotix Safe services.
  2. All associated data will be permanently removed.
  3. The account cannot be restored at a later date.
