Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation: Words with capitalised initial letters have meanings defined below and apply equally in singular and plural form.

Definitions:

• Application means the software program provided by the Company, named Wenotix, downloaded on any electronic device.
• Company (referred to as “We”, “Us” or “Our”) refers to Spatioworld Technologies Private Limited.
• Goods refer to the items or services offered for sale on the Service.
• Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
• Service refers to the Application or the Website or both.
• Website refers to Wenotix, accessible from https://wenotix.com
• You means the individual or entity accessing or using the Service.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel your Order within 14 days without giving any reason for doing so. The deadline for cancelling an Order is 14 days from the date on which you received the Goods or on which a third party you have appointed takes possession of the product delivered.

We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the returned Goods, using the same payment method you used for the Order, with no additional fees.

Conditions for Returns

For Goods to be eligible for a return:

• The Goods must have been purchased within the last 14 days.
• The following Goods cannot be returned: items made to your specifications or clearly personalised; items that deteriorate rapidly or have passed their expiry date; items unsealed after delivery for hygiene or health protection reasons; items that are inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above conditions at our sole discretion. Only regular-priced Goods may be refunded. Goods on sale cannot be refunded, unless required by applicable law.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning Goods to us at:

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. We recommend using an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of return delivery.

Gifts

If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be issued to you. If the Goods were not marked as a gift, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.
